Krank Battery uses stamped grid for its positive plate. In most cases, battery failure is responsible for the decay of positive plate. Our specially designed stamped grid gives batter cycle life in compared to conventional expanded or casted grid technology.
All four side grid frame: This prevents unwanted grid growth and cell shorting.
Higher Active Material Adhesion: Specially designed grid ensures the perfect adhesion of the active material to the grid body.
Environment Friendly: Our latest grid manufacturing process ensures lower energy consumption. Therefore, this process emits lower greenhouse gases.
Perfect current flow: Straight line electric flow of our grid is the reason of higher current flow and better CCA.
Krank Battery is made of an upgraded pasted plate technology which is different from other battery plate in the following ways-
Special Paste Recipe: Ensures higher cycle life as well as easier conversion of Lead Sulfate to Lead Oxide and lead during charging and vise versa. This ensures maximum battery capacity and hinders sulfation.
Very high active material adhesion: Special paste recipe confirms very high paste adhesion to the grid which gives us 200% to 1000% improved drop test result.
Plate tissue structure: Perfect paste tissue structure gives a higher bonding strength. This ensures higher strength and reduced active material shedding.
